Shipping Policy

Teezers Costumes only ships orders within the United States at this time.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • Depending on when you place your order, all in stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • All in stock items are shipped Monday through Friday by 6 p.m. Eastern Time (excluding holidays).
  • All backordered items are processed and shipped when they become available. You will be notified via email regarding delivery.

  • Note: Our main warehouse and shipping facility is located on the East Coast. Other facilities are located in the Midwest, Southeast and West Coast.

    We ship daily, Monday through Friday, except on major U.S. holidays. Orders will be shipped via UPS or US Mail with delivery Monday through Friday. For PO Box, APO, FPO addresses, the standard method of shipment is US Mail.

    Please be sure to select the best delivery option for you to receive your order in a timely manner.


    UPS and US Mail Delivery Options:

    Delivery within 2 to 5 business days depending on zip code (Mon-Fri).

    Delivery within 2 business days by end of day (Mon-Fri).

    Delivery next day by end of day (Mon-Sat).

    UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air deliver Monday through Friday. UPS shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to residences, and close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within this window. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on major U.S. holidays.

    USPS USPS Priority Mail

    USPS Express Mail
    Delivery within 2 days to most locations (Mon-Fri).      

    Delivery overnight to most locations (Mon-Fri).
    Priority US Mail delivers Monday through Friday. US Mail does not deliver on major U.S. holidays.

    FREE SHIPPING OFFERS typically ship USPS Priority Mail. Free Shipping on orders $75 or more. Enter coupon code FREESHIP at checkout. Note: Expedited and overnight services are excluded.

    Mailing Address: The customer is responsible for entering a complete mailing address when ordering. Please enter the correct apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and any other necessary shipping information. If shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process Teezerscostumes.com is not responsible for any additional charges. If your package is returned, there will be an extra fee charged to reship your package. If your order is returned as undeliverable or refused, you will be charged to have it reshipped to you.

    Shipping Costs: You can calculate your shipping cost before you place an order. Simply select an item you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. A new screen will display showing your item in the cart. Scroll down where you see Zip/Postal Code, enter your zip code in the box provided and click on Get Rates. Two drop down boxes will appear under the zip code. You will have a choice to select UPS or US Mail in the drop down box. When a selection is made your total will automatically update on the right. You can run through this process as many times as you like. When you are happy with your total, click on Checkout. No sales tax required.

    Tracking Number: When you place an order you provide us with an email address. When your order is shipped you will receive an email about your shipment that contains a tracking number to monitor transit time and estimate your order's delivery date.

    Tracking and Locating My Order: Refer to the email that we sent you with the shipping confirmation and tracking number from UPS or USPS. Once an order leaves our distribution center it is the customer’s responsibility to track and locate your delivered package. We recommend contacting UPS or your local USPS with your tracking number to find out the status of your package.
