Placing Orders:
Orders are placed and processed through the website only. Seven days a week 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. E.S.T.

Payments:
Orders will be shipped via the shipping method of the merchants choice. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted forms of payment.
Shipping:
Shipping via USPS and UPS, all orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Changes or cancellations to orders after they are packed and ready to ship result in a restocking charge.
Returns, Inquiries:
Any discrepancy in quantities shipped damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of goods. All returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order and require a RMA Number through the service office. Returns will not be accepted for
garments that been worn or used. Write clearly the RMA# on the outside of the returned package, or the box will be refused at the Receiving Center. We will exchange returned merchandise or issue a coupon code for the dollar amount. We do not give cash refunds.
Backorders:
We automatically backorder any item not shipped complete on you order unless you advise us to cancel a backorder item(s). Backorders not shipped within 60 days are automatically canceled.
